The Reina Isabel is located on the Playa de Las Canteras, just 5
minutes from the centre of town and situated right on the beach. It
was built in 1964 and renovated in 1996. The hotel offers amazing
views of the coast line and on a clear day you can even see the island
of Tenerife.
Accommodation
The Reina Isabel accommodates up to 400 people. All of the rooms in
the hotel are spacious and include air-conditioning, private bathroom,
telephone, satellite television, central music, safety deposit box,
minibar, hairdryer, large terrace and room service available (on
request).
Amenities
The hotel offers a number of amenities, including: 2 restaurants
called La Parrilla (a la carte) and Roma (buffet) which have amazing
views of the sea, swimming pool, gym, turkish bath, jacuzzi and sauna.
For any keen golfers you can visit the local golf course (20 mins by
car).
Useful information on distances
The hotel is located 25 km from Las Palmas airport (LPA), therefore
would take about 20 mins in a taxi, costing around £18.
