Sands Beach Resort Luxury Apartment Villas. On the north eastern coast of Lanzarote, arguably the most elegant of the Canary Islands, perfectly located on a private beach in fashionable Costa Teguise, Sands Beach Villas invite you to relax, unwind and enjoy. Sands Beach is ideal for a family holiday. Once checked in at reception, there are no roads or traffic on the resort. The lagoon style private sandy beach curves in a semi circle and shelves gently and safely - perfect for toddlers. The resort has its own private access to the Promenade so you can walk along the coast into bustling Costa Teguise in the evening without ever having to cross a road. The public beach can also be accessed from this point.

Choose from one or two bedroomed villas. All are stylish and thoughtfully furnished. We have carefully considered every requirement you may have for day to day living such as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, down to daily replenishment of towels and a maid service 5 days a week. All have satellite TV, direct dial telephones and modem connections. All accommodation benefits from double beds – if twin bedded facilities are preferred, please advise our reservations team at the time of booking and this can be arranged. Make your choice from Beach Front – which are situated directly onto the private white sandy beach, or Plaza Villas, six individual plazas all of which are built around their own large gently shelving swimming and paddling pools. There are ample sunbeds and umbrellas here with the private beach less than a two minute walk away. All villas have their own patio, balcony or verandah complete with recliner and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. Safety deposit boxes are available on request with charge.

The resort boasts its own a la carte restaurant and bar, both of which serve a wide range of snacks and meals. For those who prefer to cater for themselves, there is an excellent supermarket. Well stocked with freshly baked bread, local produce and wine it also has a wide range of those things we can’t live without like Marmite and Heinz Tomato ketchup! If you like the idea of gourmet food delivered to you at your villa, we also offer room service at no extra charge in the evening.

You could be forgiven for wanting to simply idle your time away here enjoying the fabulous pool and beach or by taking advantage of the on site jacuzzi sauna and massage facilities. For the more energetic holiday maker, Sands Beach Villas can arrange scuba diving, windsurfing, horse riding, boating deep sea fishing or mountain biking. There is also an excellent 18 hole championship golf course designed by John Harris, a 5 minute drive away. A great day out for all the family at the waterpark Aquapark, a 5 minute drive or taxi ride from Sands Beach Villas. Open every day from 10:00 to 18:00. Tickets at the Reception - adults = 15,75 € - children =9,75 €. . . On site there is a fully equipped games room with pool, snooker and table tennis tables. There is also a gym and squash court. There are many activities arranged on resort at no extra charge. These vary from Rifle Shooting, Beach Soccer, Line Dancing and Water Volleyball to Beach Boules and Target Golf. For the kids there is a daily Club fully supervised by qualified staff, who organise treasure hunts, are expert in face painting, host quizzes, help to make craft items and then judge the results in friendly competitions and organise fancy dress events. Babysitting is available on request, as are cots and highchairs (local charges apply).

Perhaps the jewel in the crown at Sands Beach is the newly opened Paradise island complex. Accessed over a bridge from the private beach, it has an ice cream parlour making its own homemade ice cream, a bar and restaurant, which as well as doing a wonderful full English breakfast, has regular barbecues and nightly entertainment. Paradise Island also has a superb heated swimming pool with spectacular waterfall feature and jacuzzi (adults only). Night time entertainment is provided on Paradise Island, there are also regular quiz nights and live music in the Sunset bar and, if dancing the night away is your idea of fun, The Cabaret Club comes alive with two shows nightly, entry to which is free for residents.

Sands Beach Villas also have several specially adapted villas for guests with disabilities. Featuring extra width doors, beds matched to wheelchair height and specifically tailored bathrooms. The entire resort has wheelchair ramps on all main thoroughfares and pavements to allow total access. Sands Beach Villas are approximately 20 minutes drive from Arrecife airport.

It includes 3 meals daily , breakfast, lunch and dinner. NO snacks is included. Local alacholic drinks will be available all day from 11:00 to 22:00.
